Have these ready.

Having these handy makes your appointment faster, but it’s not a test.

• Your T4 slips (and any T4A, T5, T3 slips you have)
• RRSP contribution receipts
• Tuition (T2202), medical, donation and childcare receipts
• Last year’s notice of assessment (don’t worry if you don’t have it)
• Your SIN and photo ID (we’ll confirm these on the call or at your appointment)

• Your income for the year (invoices, platform statements like Uber or Skip)
• Business expense receipts
• Vehicle kilometres (business vs. personal) and fuel/repair costs
• Your GST number, if you are registered
• Any T4 slips and last year’s notice of assessment (if you have them)

• Business bank and credit card statements for the fiscal year
• Sales and expense records, or access to your accounting software
• Last year’s T2 return and financial statements (if you have them)
• Your business number and incorporation documents
• Payroll or dividend details paid to owners

• Bank and credit card statements
• Receipts and invoices (photos are fine)
• Access to your accounting software, if you use one
• Your rough monthly revenue (it sets the plan price)

• Any letters or notices you received (a photo is fine)
• Which years you have not filed
• Any slips you have for those years (we can help retrieve missing ones)
